The bill (Reg. No. 7386) supplements parts 2, 3 of clause 36, part 2 of clause 127 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, whereby the third party attracted to the case shall be provided with the copies of the statement of claim and the documents attached. The bill also specifies item 4 of part 1 of clause 205 regarding recognition of amicable settlement as the grounds for terminating the legal proceedings.
The committee members stressed that the bill supports the right of the third parties to familiarize themselves with the content of the claim and all the materials. The bill also corrects the deficiencies as to the notification of the third parties and termination of legal proceedings due to the amicable settlement.
